Change the world, even just yourself.” – Unknown

Currently in school at The Ohio State University – Master of Social Work – Projected Graduation: Fall 2025

Accepting new clients for September 2024.

Why work with a clinician in training?

What’s therapy with me like? I focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity, and practice from a person-centered approach. I believe in the importance of collaboration and strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable to be fully themselves and take up the space they need! It is important to me to meet clients where they’re at and work together to tailor the therapeutic process to best fit your needs.

I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and enjoy incorporating practical skill-learning and psychoeducation when a more structured approach is needed. I enjoy the structure and practical skills that CBT and DBT have to offer.

Who do I work with? I work with children, teens, and young adults, and am especially passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community and neurodivergent individuals. My goal is to provide compassionate and affirming care that prioritizes your experiences, values, and goals on our therapeutic journey together.

My impacting identities are… I am transgender and neurodivergent, two facets of my identity that have greatly influenced how I move through the world!

I feel allied/aware/part of/informed/knowledgeable about… transgender community (part of), queer community (part of), neurodivergent community (part of).

I am the best fit for a client who… is looking to further their understanding of themself and their identity, work through interpersonal struggles, and appreciates a collaborative approach to therapy.

I am not a good fit for a client who… is looking for highly structured therapy.

What makes me unique? I have personal experience being a client and know how scary it can feel to seek out help. I think that being comfortable enough to be yourself is necessary for building meaningful connections, and I will show up to session as my true and authentic self! I hope that by being myself, I can empower my clients to unapologetically do the same. I enjoy incorporating creativity and humor into session, and hope to make therapy feel a little less daunting.

The Practical Stuff

What insurances do I accept? As a pre-licensed clinician, I am currently not in network with any insurance. However, my rates are on a sliding scale between $0-70, based on what the client can afford. Find more details about my out-of-network rates here.

Do I offer telehealth or in person sessions? I am open to both.

Am I taking on new clients? I’m currently taking clients for my startlist for when my internship begins in September 2024.

The Fun Stuff

Did you know… I can play the flute (but not very well!)

Any pets? I have two cats named Moo and Junebug! I also care for a colony of feral/stray cats in my neighborhood.
