Yoga Therapy for Anxiety and Depression is a workshop to learn about how different yoga techniques can be used to help work through anxiety and depression.
Yoga has been clinically shown to help reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, and is a simple and holistic way
to improve your well being. This workshop will help provide you with the knowledge and ability to find greater wellness in body, mind, and spirit.
This workshop will be led by Emily Martin, Certified Yoga Therapist, RYT 500.
Feel free to bring your yoga mat. We will also have extra mats and blankets if you need them!
Cost is $25 per person. Preregistration required, space is limited.
